DRESS CODE @ ILP


TCS expects its employees to dress in accordance with acceptable standards of good taste, including being 'neat', 'clean' and 'well groomed' at all times.

Employees are encouraged to take pride in their appearence. Clothes should be neat and well pressed. Body hugging clothes should be avoided.

Employees are not allowed to wear any kind of visible body piercing other than pierced ear or nose rings.

There are different Dress Code Guidelines depending upon the day of the week.

ALLOWED (MEN):
Dress
Business Suits
Full Sleeved Shirts, Formal Trousers, Sweaters

Footwear
Formal Leather shoes and socks

Optional
Tie(simple pattern that matches the colour of the shirt).Blazer, Cuff Links

NOT ALLOWED (MEN):
Dress:
Kurta Pyjama, T-Shirt, Half sleeved shirts,
Cargo Pants, Shorts
Shirts with Floral Prints

Footwear:
Sport shoes, sneakers, Sandals, floaters, Slippers

ALLOWED (FEMALE):
Dress:
Business Suits, Formal Skirts
Full Sleeved or half sleeved shirts
Formal Trousers
Cardigan/Sweater
Salwar Kameez, Sari or local Attire which is common practice at that location
(provided it is simple and not dressy)

Footwear
Formal Leather shoes, boots, dress sandals and socks

Optional
Scarves/Blazers

NOT ALLOWED (FEMALE):
Dress:
Mini Skirts, Shorts (including dress shorts for women)
Halter Tops, Backless Tops,
bare Midriffs / low cut, Spaghetti-Straps tops/dresses,
Sweatpants, Fleece outfits,
Slacks that expose midriff,
Shorts, Bib Overalls, Leggings,
Stirrup pants / other form-fitting pants

Footwear:
Sport shoes, Sneakers, Floaters, Slippers
